W ho can be an affiliate?

We choose our affiliates carefully. We do not create an affiliate relationship with any company that promotes materials that are unsuitable for our students.

How does it work?

To begin the enrolment process, you simply need to read terms and conditions, and as long as you agree with them, go to our 'online application' page. We will evaluate your application in good faith, including reviewing and searching your site, and will notify you of your acceptance within 3 working days. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for inclusion in the Programme.

Once you have been notified that your site has been accepted into the Programme, you will be e-mailed with specific information to set the link up. This will include several banners to choose from, or you can use simple text links if you prefer. The positioning of the link is your responsibility and any problems occurring as a result of incorrect placement, activation or tagging on your part will be solely your responsibility.

We will process enrolments placed by students who follow affiliate links from your site to our site, and you will earn a commission payment for each completed enrolment that results. We reserve the right to reject enrolments that do not comply with our requirements.

How do I get paid?

Affiliates are paid monthly as long as their earnings meet the minimum monthly threshold of £30.  Affiliate payments are by cheque or credit card.

The basic commission rate is £10 per completed enrolment. (Tier 1) However, successful affiliates can earn up to £15 per enrolment by moving to our second tier programme. You will be provided with more information on the tier system in your welcome pack.

Why is there a difference between the details on my account tracking page and the final commission?

The account page shows all enrolments made by visitors clicking through from your site. This includes enrolments that have been declined or cancelled at the payment stage, or were otherwise not completed. Your final commission payment only reflects those course enrolments that have been completed.

COMPLETED means paid for (either in full or by instalments), sent out to the student and accepted for delivery.

How do I check my account status?

Simply go to the 'Affiliate Log in' page and sign in using your unique account name and password.
